Taught by Grant Estrade at Laughing Buddha Nursery. 4516 Clearview Pkwy, Metairie, LA. 10am-1pm. Class Size: 10.
Will discuss growing edible mushrooms at home. Their will be hands on mushroom inoculation of oyster mushrroms. All participants will take mushroom "kit" home, as well as inoculated log.
Class will be part lecture, and hands on experience.
Please wear closed toe shoes, and pants.
