Local Cooling Farms is a current project that Laughing Buddha Nursery owner Grant Estrade is currently working on in New Orleans, LA.

LCF is a natural spinoff from LBN because its goal as an urban farm is to 1) grow agricultural products for restaurants and individuals in the New Orleans Metro Area, and 2) create a working teaching model of what can be done in an urban setting,and 3) establish an economic engine that will create jobs and keep cashflow circulating in the local economy.
