Current LBN In Store Purchasing Policy: Please call 504-887-4336 with any questions/concerns

1) Picture ID is required for all non cash transactions.

2) $5.00 minimum purchase for personal checks. no out of state checks.

3) $10.00 miminum purchase for Visa & Mastercard.

4) No Returns or Exchanges on Perishable items (seeds, compost worms, beneficial insects, mushroom cultures, nursery stock, etc.) or sensitive electrical equipment (horticultural grow bulbs,etc.)

5) No Returns after 10 days. If within a 10 day period customer must have receipt. packaging must be in original condition. Gift Items are also includeded. No store credits are given. LBN reserves the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee and/or shipping/handling fees.

6) All custom orders are non returnable, all deposits are non-refundable, and if special order items are not picked up in one month storage/handling fees may be applied.

7) Prices vary from LBN Retail Store, and LBN Online Store. All prices are suject to change at any time without notice.

8) If you live out of town we will be more than happy to have your order ready for pickup from the shop. We will need a 50% deposit in advance, and will require a valid ID at time of pickup if credit card is used. Please call for further details.

9) Any unhonored / returned check will result in a minimum of fee of $25.00 + balance due. LBN will prosecute those who write bad checks.

Current LBN Online Store Purchasing Policy:

1) We only ship to the billing address of the credit card or an address approved by your credit card company. We apologize for the inconvenience, especially when ordering a gift for someone, but we feel this is an important security feature.

2) We will gladly take orders over the phone if you would like to speak to one of our Staff directly. 504-887-4336.

3) We ship out Monday-Friday, and ship in stock items within one full business day.

4) We will accept money orders, but the order will not be shipped for one full business week after money order has been deposited. We will not accept personal checks.

5) Please call us at 504-887-4336 before returning anything as you must receive a return authorization code.
